DADS & UNCLES

DADS & UNCLES

Hello music fans,

The new CDs are in, the guitars, uke, amp and PA are in fine working order, and I get the oil changed and brakes checked on my car on Thursday. I’m almost ready to take this show on the road.

Saturday June 4th I will be releasing my new album, DADS & UNCLES  in Rockwood at St. John’s Anglican Church, located on the corner of Main and Guelph Streets. Rob O’Flanagan will be your emcee, and Saunders baked goods will be available during the intermission. If anyone is interested in boiling water for tea and making coffee, I would be eternally grateful. Please reply to me at ian@ianreid.ca.

The doors will open at 7:30 and the show will begin around 8 sharp.. hee.

You’ll love the visual and sonic aesthetics in this church, though you might want to bring a cushion, because last year some folks mentioned the pews were a tad unforgiving during the second set.

$10 admission/ $20 with a copy of the CD

I’m looking forward to getting away this summer. I’ve managed to squeak out a fairly respectable schedule. I’ll be heading west in June, playing Ontario in July, then heading east in August. Here’s where I’ll be:

Please check back here often for exact dates and venues.
If you know any music fans in and around these places, feel free to spread the word.

Thanks for your amazing support, everyone.
I hope to see you at some point in the summer. Stay safe and keep cool.

Your friend,

Ian
